We have a reception and administration team who provide the first point of contact for our patients at front of house, on the phone and via email. They will book appointments and deal with repeat prescription requests we receive. They also ensure all eConsults and every other health-based requests and queries are processed safely and passed on to our clinical team quickly and efficiently.
Nicola John, our practice co-ordinator, makes sure the practice runs smoothly, safely and provides an excellent experience for all our patients.
Leah Biller, our practice manager, supports the practice team – and is happy to receive feedback on what we do well or areas where we might change or do better.
