Request an appointment online ( via eConsult form – button below). Our GP-supervised team will review it, and you can expect a prompt response.
Types of appointments
Pre-bookable routine appointments
You can request an appointment up to six weeks in advance. It’s best you complete our online appointment form – eConsult. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If unable to complete the online form you call the practice at 020 7833 5906
If you want to see a specific doctor or nurse, please tell us when you book, and we’ll try to make sure you see the person you prefer.
Same day/ urgent appointments
To request a same-day appointment, please call our practice at 020 7833 5906 or fill out an eConsult form. Our team will gather information about your issue help you schedule an appointment for the same day, if available.
Telephone consultations
If you want a phone consultation with one of our doctors or nurses, our reception team will ask you a few health questions and contact details either over the phone or in person. The doctor or nurse will then call you back as soon as possible.
Nurse appointments
Sometimes, it’s best to see a nurse. Make an appointment for:
- Birth control advice
- Cervical smears
- Sexual health tests
- Blood pressure checks
- Healthy lifestyle tips
- Asthma checks
- Travel vaccines (book 6 weeks ahead)
- Childhood shots
- Ear cleaning
- Wound care
- Bladder infections in women
Pharmacist appointments
Our pharmacists can help with long-term conditions and medicines after hospital stays. They can assist with:
- Asthma and COPD
- ADHD
- Blood pressure
- Heart problems
- Minor issues
- Prescription questions
- Urinary infections
- Birth control
- Diabetes
- Heart failure
- High-risk medicines
- Hormone therapy
- Complex medicines
The team will look at your request or eConsult and set up an appointment with the right healthcare professional.
Health Care Assistant (HCA) appointments
Our health care assistant offers a number of services, including:
- New patient health check
- A Healthy diet and Lifestyle advice
- Help to stop smoking
- Weight management
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Annual diabetes checks
- NHS health checks (for patients aged 35-70 years)
- Vitamin B12 injections
- Flu and Pneumonia injections
- Blood testing
Home visits services
We understand that some patients may be housebound and unable to visit the practice. We encourage patients to come to the practice when possible. It lets us access a wide range of medical equipment. But, we do offer home visits for those who truly require it.
If you need a home visit, call us before 11:00 am at 020 7833 5906. The doctor will call you for a telephone assessment before the visit.
Appointment cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend or will be late for your appointment. This helps us offer the slot to another patient in urgent need. You can cancel, reschedule, or use the NHS App via the provided link.
Other ways of booking your appointment
f you can’t fill out the online form or don’t have internet access, call us at 020 7833 5906. Our reception team will help you over the phone and arrange your appointment.
For follow-up appointments, try to book in advance with the same doctor for better care.
Interpreters for non-English speakers
We can arrange interpreters for non-English speakers or sign language users. Let reception know if you need one.
If you need a chaperone for your exam, ask, and we will provide one.
When you arrive, use the patient touch screen to check in and avoid waiting in line. Instructions are available in the reception area.
You can refer yourself to some local services
With Self-referral, you directly access certain services without needing a referral from your GP.

When we are closed
During out-of-hours, you can access our I: Hub services from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm every evening and throughout the day on weekends. Fill in the online form (eConsult) or call 020 7833 5906, where our caring navigators will gather the necessary medical information.
