Our team supervised by qualified GP will review your submitted form. You can expect to receive a response from our practice team as soon as possible.

If you are unable to fill out the online form yourself or don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, don’t worry! Our dedicated reception team is ready to assist you.

Call us at 020 7833 5906 and our friendly team will be more than happy to take your details over the phone and arrange your appointment as needed.

N.B For follow-up appointments, it is recommended to book them in advance with the same clinician whenever possible. This ensures continuity of care.


Interpreters for non-English speakers

We will try to arrange interpreters (translators) for non-English speakers or for those who use sign language. Please let the reception know if you need an interpreter.

If you require a chaperone during your examinations, you can request one, and they will be provided.

When you arrive for your appointment, there is a patient touch screen available at the side of the reception. You can use this touch screen to check yourself in, which saves you from waiting in a queue to talk to a receptionist. The reception area will have instructions on how to use the touch screen.

Types Of Appointments

Pre-Bookable Appointments

You can conveniently book pre-bookable appointments with us up to six weeks in advance. To ensure prompt scheduling, we have reserved some appointment slots for urgent cases, which can be booked on the same day. For routine appointments, we recommend calling in the afternoons as our mornings tend to be busy handling urgent requests.

If you have a specific doctor or nurse in mind for your appointment, please let us know while booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference and ensure you are seen by the healthcare professional you prefer.

Same Day/Urgent Appointments

To book a same-day appointment, please call our clinic or complete eConsult. Our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment for the same day, based on availability.

Telephone Consultations

If you would like to have a phone consultation with one of our doctors or nurses, we are here to assist you. Our reception staff will gladly take messages either over the phone or in person. Once we receive your message, the doctor or nurse will prioritise it and return your call as soon as possible.

To leave a message, simply provide our reception staff with your contact information and a brief summary of the matter you wish to discuss. Please be assured that our healthcare professionals will make every effort to address your concerns in a timely manner.

Nurse Appointments

Sometimes, booking an appointment with one of our nurses may be the most suitable option for certain issues. We recommend scheduling an appointment with our nurses for the following concerns:

  • Contraception advice and pill checks
  • Cervical smears
  • Sexual health screening including HIV testing
  • Blood pressure/Hypertension monitoring
  • Healthy lifestyle advice
  • Asthma & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease checks
  • Travel health including vaccinations (please try to book at least 6 weeks before your planned departure)
  • Childhood immunisations
  • Ear syringing
  • Wound dressing and stitch removal
  • Cystitis or urine infections in women

Pharmacist Appointments

Our pharmacists can help manage a range of long-term conditions as well as medication reviews and changes to treatment following hospital discharge. These reviews include:

  • Asthma and COPD 
  • ADHD monitoring
  • Blood pressure 
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • Management of common/minor/self-limiting ailments
  • Prescription queries / out-of-stock medication
  • Urinary Tract Infections/Cystitis
  • Contraception
  • Diabetes
  • Heart failure
  • High-Risk Drug Monitoring
  • HRT
  • Structured medication reviews for complex conditions/polypharmacy

The reception team will review your request or e-consult and offer an appointment with the most appropriate clinician. 

Health Care Assistant Appointments

Our health care assistant offers a number of services, including:

  • New patient health check
  • A Healthy diet and Lifestyle advice
  • Help to stop smoking
  • Weight management
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Annual diabetes checks
  • NHS health checks (for patients aged 35-70 years)
  • Vitamin B12 injections
  • Flu and Pneumonia injections
  • Blood testing


Appointment cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you let us know as early as possible in advance. By doing so, we can offer your appointment to another patient who may urgently need it. Your timely communication helps us optimize our schedule and provide efficient care to everyone.


Home visits services

We understand that some patients may be housebound and unable to visit the clinic. While we encourage patients to come to the surgery whenever possible, as it allows us access to a wide range of medical equipment, we do offer home visits for those who truly require it.

If you believe you need a home visit, please call us before 11:00 am at 020 7833 5906, and the doctor will reach out to you for a telephone assessment before making the visit.

When we are closed

During out-of-hours, you can access our I: Hub services from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm every evening and throughout the day on weekends. Fill in the online form or call 020 7833 5906, where our caring navigators will gather the necessary medical information.
