Order Repeat Prescriptions
Please note that we do not accept routine or repeat prescription requests by phone. You have two options to request your repeat prescriptions: use the NHS App (watch the video below) or submit an online form:
Other ways of ordering prescriptions
- Email: Send to [email protected] with your full name, date of birth, and the medication needed.
- Community Pharmacy: Check with your local pharmacy about their collection and delivery services. They can also request prescriptions on your behalf.
- Processing Time: within 2 full working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Urgent Prescriptions: Request repeat medication in advance. For urgent needs, complete an eConsult or call the practice at 020 7833 5906.
How to raise a query about your medications?
When you order your repeat prescription on the NHS App, you can ask questions about your medication in the free-text field on the order repeat prescription page on the app.
Or you can email the practice at [email protected] with your query.
Collecting your prescriptions from your nominated pharmacy
- All prescriptions are sent electronically directly to the chemist of your choice.
- You can nominate your chosen pharmacy using the NHS App, or by informing the practice.
